PEThe course is made up of 60% practical and 40% examination
and the theory units are divided from 1.1.1 to 2.2.4 which covers everything from diet, how the body works such as antagonistic muscles, the skeletal, cardiovascular and respiratory system, to types of training, sports and key influences. As part of the course we had to complete 6 weeks of training (PEP) using circuit and continuous training to improve fitness and muscular endurance, we had to analyze training, like how we could improve it and what went well plus our heart hates and recovery rates were taken and compared.
